Permaculture Learning Affinity New Technology Space

Permaculture & Pedagogy Learning Space
Created for ETEC510 - Master of Educational Technology (MET) at The University of British Columbia
The objective of this permaculture affinity space is to share knowledge related to pedagogy & permaculture, including sustainability and do-it-yourself (DIY) food culture. To achieve this goal, a distributed teaching and learning system has been designed in an online website where learners can share their experiences, ask questions, and learn from each other. The space is intended to empower individuals to become producers rather than consumers and to participate in maker culture in an ecologically sensitive way. Users can align with the topics that are most interesting to them within the space.
This project is hosted in an online instance of the website Wix.com. Anyone may browse the content, tutorials, and public forums. However, to post, share content and interact with community members, site members will require a basic (Free) Wix user account AND a member account to the PLANTS website.
